After a minor problem with mismatch data on the credit card transaction, the service was excellent, the samples were received promptly and in good condition. Subject to the final decision on which tiles we will use, I would be pleased to do business with this Company
Goods were delivered much sooner than expected, not used it yet, it is for work on the new property. If it's as good as the chain saw, I won't be disapointed.
Ordered a Grundfos Central Heating Pump on 27 December 2012.. Notified delivery 31 December 2012 between 13:23 and 14:23. 15:00, no sign on Driver, E Mail received to say that I wasn't in! "Re-delivery" arranged for Wednesday, 2 January, 2 January came and went with conflicting messages from DPD, regarding my Parcel. Finally "missive" sent to Customer Services (at DPD) asking when parcel would be delivered. Response "need more information to locate Parcel", at the same time received message, (from DPD) to inform me that my parcel had been returned to the "sorting hub". Next day EMail, "delivery 14:20 to 15:20, haleluja, parcel delivered at 14:30. Pump installed and working, performance at present unquantifiable.
Anchor Pumps appear to be an efficient organisation, who sell quality merchandise at "good" prices, who have been let down by a poor delivery contractor. Consequently 3 Stars, would have been 5 if contractors delivery promise had been met.
