Bad service and communication

It took a very long long long long long long time to return a email. It took a very long long long long long long long time to dispatch a item!!!! At the end they wanted me to email copies of both valid photo ID (either a passport or driving licence), and a utility bill for the billing address dated within the last three months, like i had a Mortgage loan.
Never again!
