cash my fone is okay

i sent my phone to this company and received an email when they had received the item i was quoted a high price on the website which i thought was fantastic, however within minutes i received a second email from them saying they had found a problem with the phone. upon reading the terms and conditions a second time it said phone comes with battery ( inside phone casing) which i did not do i placed it in the bag and out of the casing, this i found rather annoying that they reduce the price by 10% even if you do not place the battery in the phone itself. as i know it was in fantastic condition and had hardly any "general wear and tear" as described. however the revised price was still okay regardles of the 10% deduction.
