Overall very satisfied

Was overall very happy with my purchase from argento, was pleased with the product, thought the packaging was extremely good quality (although not what I expected as I will mention) and delivery was on time.
However although the packaging I received was very good, I had paid the top price delivery charge as I was under the impression (having watched the videos provided) that this meant I would receive a necklace gift box with my item (which was obviously a necklace) but instead it came in a nice bag inside a box. It was unclear on the website about how to order these necklace boxes and although I searched the whole site and watched the videos provided, I obviously had not done this correctly. This would be my only criticism and I think this should be made a little clearer. Although I was happy with the packaging provided I would have preferred to pay the cheaper delivery if I had known.
All in all very happy and would definitely shop at argento again.
