Appalling company don't use

Like others I used this site as it offered a good price for my Samsung galaxy s Order Ref. 20264933 . I was originally offered £80 and as this was higher than other companies decide to use them. However, I received a email stating that due to a damaged case they were offering me £16. I checked online and broken un working models were going for this, my phone had the usual wear and tear a two year old phone would have. I rejected their offer to be told it would cost me £10 to get my phone back. This site is clearly a rip off and have told family and friends never to use it. I am still waiting for my phone a week after I rejected their offer. I sent a email to the company high lighting my case and they haven't even sent a reply.
