The Sony CD Walkman I ordered came quickly enough - but was faulty when I played it. I needed to return it and get my money back. WEA+ credited my card and gave me the address to post it back to them.So,although I was disappionted with the Walkman - I must give WEA+ due credit for being honest and easy to deal with when it went wrong.
