delivery took 12 days and there was a glue mark on the shoe

I order a pair of yellow onitsuka tiger mexico 66 from rubbersole. I wanted them because of the jackie chan move game of death. I ordered from rubbersole as I got a good rate of cashback and the price was lowest on google shopping. They took 12 days to arrive. There was a glue mark on the shoe. Also Onitsuka tigers usually come with 2 sets of laces (I have 3 other pairs) These ones only came with the one set.
I'm not a happy customer.
