It should be great if you could tell me if the product that i ordered 29th December, a nexus 4, is out of order or not. because on your website you show to all visitor that you have 24 product in stock but you can't send anyone of them.
I'm very sick of what you are doing, taking money from customers first but you can guarantee that you can send in time our purchase.
it's been now, more than 14 days from the day i made my order and i have no answer from the service customer or you either.
I can't stand anymore the attitude you hold. if the 16th january i can't get a transaction bill/ticket from your transporter, I will ask my refund.
And please don't tell me that :
" One of our reps will be contacting you very shortly to confirm the processing of your new item selection. Your acceptance of our offer is greatly appreciated"
" Nous voudrions vous informer que l'un de nos service clients vous contactera à nouveau pour vous aider à résoudre le problème." (because you don't know how to speak french)
