Needed to send flowers to Betty for her birthday so looked on line and found eforist who promised to deliver that day. This was great news as I had forgotten to pre order as you Pete had been in hospital all weekend. Great choice of flowers, ordered a big bouqet and wrote a lovely message. Imagine how I felt when I rang mum to find no flowers had been delivered. Checked my email to find they had sent an email just before closing to say they could not deliver, no attempt to ring me or let me know. Promptly sent an email cancelling the order!
Contacted so called customer Services next day, found them cold and unhelpful, will not be using them again!
