Fast efficient and they saved me money on postage

I ordered a few items. After I had checked out, I realised I had forgotten something and submitted another order, despitethe additional postage cost as I needed the item quickly for a forthcoming trip overseas.

My order arrived just 2 days later with a hand written note, saying that they had cancelled the postal charge on the second order. In other words, they had used their head and realised that I had made a mistake in the first order.
Many firms would have taken advantage, but full marks to Angling Active for not doing so.
