DON'T TRUSTPILOT FAKE, FICTITIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS

QUITE LAUGHABLE THAT WHEN I WROTE TO THEM TO ASK THEM TO ONLY ACCEPT REVIEWS FROM GENUINE CUSTOMERS MAKING AN ORDER FROM SSHEALTHFOODS THEY TOTALLY IGNORED MY REQUEST. ALTHOUGH I NOTICE THAT SOME COMPANIES ARE PROTECTED BY THEM WHICH LEAD ME TO BELIEVE THEY MAY HAVE PAID FOR PROTECTION.
IN FACT WHEN READING SOME OF THE CRITICAL REVIEWS ABOUT TRUSTPILOT I SEE THAT THIS IS ACTUALLY THE CASE. I WONDER HOW MUCH I WOULD HAVE TO PAY YOU TRUSTPILOT TO HAVE THE FICTITIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS REMOVED??

OKAY TRUSTPILOT IF THEY ARE REAL PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH THE ORDER NUMBERS FROM ALL ALLEGED CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE LEFT REVIEWS??? AFTER ALL YOU HAVE FAILED UNTIL NOW TO PROVIDE A SINGLE ORDER NUMBER!!

I can't tell what happened when you first asked us to look into this company and why you did not get an answer. But I can assure you that we will have a closer look at it and check if the reviews are real.

No company can pay to get a review removed. But any company - or user - can report a review if it looks suspicous and they are in doubt that it's written by a real customer. We look into all reviews being investigated and contact the reviewer if needed.
I hope you will still use Trustpilot and the reporting function.

TECH365 SOLD SECOND-HAND USED DVR AS NEW

TECH365 SOLD ME A SECOND-HAND DVR WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NEW. THEY DELIVERED ME WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A NEW DVR WHICH I PAID OVER £700 FOR; WHEN IT ARRIVED I INSPECTED IT THOROUGHLY AND FOUND TI TO BE USED WHICH WAS EVIDENT FROM ALL THE SCRATCHES. THEY TRIED TO BLAME ANOTHER COMPANY FOR DAMAGING IT WHEN THEY OPENED IT UP TO INSTALL THE HARD DRIVE, THEY THEN SUGGESTED I HAD SCRATCHED IT BY RECEIVING IT! I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO RETURN IT AS IT WAS CLEARLY SECOND-HAND, THEY REFUSED TO COLLECT IT SO I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR THE RETURN AND THEY AL sales@tech365.co.ukSO SUGGESTED I WOULD BE REFUNDED MINUS 25% RESTOCKING FEE!! I INFORMED THEM THAT THIS WAS NOT ONLY ILLEGAL BUT TONALLY UNPROFESSIONAL OF THEM TO BEHAVE LIKE THIS AND I PROVIDED THEM WITH A COPY OF THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS OUTLINING THE SECTION IN RELATION TO TRYING TO DEDUCT MONEY ILLEGALLY. I THEN RETURNED THE DVR AND HAD TO SEND SEVERAL EMAILS THREATENING LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE OF THEIR RELUCTANCE TO REFUND ME WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IMMEDIATELY AND WHICH ACTUALLY TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS. I HAVE SINCE INFORMED TRADING STANDARDS OF THIS COMPANY.

SENT WRONG & DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED BENCH, BODYPOWER SPORTS PLC

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD A PACK OF LIES ABOUT THE BENCH WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE TOTAL RUUBISH DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE AND COST ME £20 TO RETUN AS THEY REFUSED TO OFFER ANY FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEIR SOLID FOAM NECH TURNED OUT TO BE BASIC PVC WHICH WAS BARELY HELD IN PLACE WITH AN INADEQUATE AMOUNT OF STAPLES, THE COURIER REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE AS DAMAGED ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A GAPING HOLE IN THE BOX AND THE BENCH WHICH I PAID WELL OVER £200 FOR WAS WORTH AROUND £30. THEY ARE ABUSIVE AND UNTRUTHFULL IN THERE REPLIES AND CERTAINLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN 35 YEARS!.

YOUR REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT THIS BENCH WAS "commercial bench and that the padding is made from high density foam" AS PREVIOUSLY POINTED OUT, THE FOAM IS A SIMPLE THIN LAYER OF NORMAL FOAM WITH A CHEAP PVC COVERING WITH A FEW STAPLES! THIS BENCH WOULDN’T LAST 5 MINUTES IN A GYM ENVIRONMENT! YOU HAVE NEVER BOTHERED TO OFFER AN APOLOGY FOR LYING TO ME IN REGARD TO THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED ME WITH WHICH WAS SOLELY TO GET A SALE. THE ONLY REASON EBAY REMOVED MY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WAS BECAUSE YOU SAID I THREATENED YOU WHICH AGAIN WAS A LIE!! DAMAGE TO THE BENCH CAN BE SEEN ON THE REVERSE SIDE AND ALSO EVIDENT FROM A HOLE IN THE BOX.

We are sorry that your experience when purchasing from our Ebay store was not to your satisfaction. There are however, a number of points we felt it was important to convey when responding to your latest review, to allow other customers to understand the whole picture. Firstly we strongly refute your accusation regarding being lied to and abused by staff. This categorically wasn’t the case and the only abusive comments made, were by you (through the Ebay messaging system) when you decided you were unhappy with the product you chose to purchase. In fact, Ebay chose to remove your feedback due to the content of your messages. As you were unwilling to provide any evidence of the “damage” you initially claimed, it was your responsibility to return the product to us for a full refund, under your returns policy and distance selling regulations. The item was fully inspected once you had returned it and found to be in perfect condition and you were still refunded in full - immediately. As far as the carrier not allowing you to sign for the item as damaged we can only apologise for that on their behalf. We rely on our chosen carrier to provide a certain level of service and it seems in this instance you are suggesting they did not provide that, so we will be bringing this to their attention at their next review. Being a competitor of ours, within the fitness industry, you are no doubt aware of the potential consequences of leaving unfair and untrue reviews, so we felt it was necessary to clarify the situation on this occasion.
