I have experienced the same problem as other customers where I redeemed my voucher on 10th December for an item from Bluebud. I still have not received the item. I was provided with a tracking order number just after christmas but this is still not being recognised. I do not believe the item has actually been sent. I have tried to contact Bluebud by email but have not had any reply and the phone line is constantly engaged. I have not received the callback "within 3 working days" from Wowcher from my last phone call on 31st Decemeber although I had a reply to a strongly worded email I sent on 2nd January, the same day. Wowcher asked me to wait until 4th January which I did, still no delivery. I emailed Wowcher again on this day as they asked me to, no reply. I would strongly NOT recommed Bluebud and feel like I am constantly leaving messages with Wowcher but feel this is not being moved forward. I have now lost my patience so will be looking into making a formal complaint's.
