I ordered a Sony xperia in November as a Christmas present for my daughter - it did not come! I've spent a total of 4 hours 35 minutes on the phone only having managed to speak to a human being once for a total of c.10 mins, the rest of the time being spent on hold waiting for one of their staff to become available! I have now been bombarding them with e-mails, upwards of 20, the majority of which they do not respond to and when they do respond it is with automated e-mails and a new ticket number!! I am very angry and frustrated. I would like my phone, which I have paid for and I'd like it now or else the money I paid for it returned to my bank immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I posted a review of Value Basket 2 days ago on this site. I tried contacting customer services again via phone yesterday. No reply. I then decided to contact them via their sales department and surprise surprise, someone answered the phone! Of course they could not assist me in any way because they were a different department. But they couldn't even put me through to speak to anyone in customer services and there was no-one in a higher level to speak to!! But the sales person advised me, lol, lol, to send them an e-mail as it will be responded to within 24 hours. It's like banging your head against a brick wall!! I received an e-mail from them today which was obviously in response to what I posted yesterday. They have now offered me a black/yellow sony xperia as opposed to the black/pink one I paid for in November as a Christmas present for my daughter!!
When Value Basket reply to this post I would like them to state on this site that they will be giving me a full refund, an apology for ruining Christmas for my daughter and an apology for the tremendous stress they have put me under in trying to sort this whole mess out. I most definitely do NOT want an automated e-mail response!!
