The website is excellent and very user friendly. The staff on the phone made it easy to make appointments and were very detailed with following it up with an email for directions etc.
I had an appointment with Michael Hagon at the Mayfair office to view the watch. I was buying the watch as a gift and Michael guided me through the history of the make and had very specialist knowledge. He allowed me time to ask many questions and there was no pressure to purchase it there and then. I went away, thought about it and popped back later that day to purchase it.
I then made another appointment to go back and have it altered once I had given the watch as a gift. It was again Michael I met with and he advised how many links to remove and carefully did it whilst we were there.
My only niggle is that there were no boxes at the Mayfair office, and one had to be sent in the post to me. However, the box was of ridiculous poor quality considering the price I paid for the watch! It wasn't even specifically a watch box and was in fact a box for jewellery. The watch didn't fit into the box let alone look presentable. So I had to find a box elsewhere online.
Overall I would most definitely recommend WatchFinder, and would use them again in the future.
