Terrible service

I waited over 20 mins to speak to someone. Then the representative spoke very condacendingly to me and said I had pushed the wrong button on the menu and said I would have to be put through to another dept. I waited 15 mins then I got cut off.
I have now decided to move to another supplier.
When I got through next time to cancel the girl was very abrupt.

AVOID. due to very poor customer service

I purchased a new bike from them in their sale. I specifically asked them to check there were no scratches on it, I had previously been to my local bike shop who had the same one but it was shop soiled. The assistant said they would check it and if necessary get another one in from Claud Butler as they had more in stock. Needless to say the bike arrived with several scratches on the frame. They said that as the price had been reduced there was nothing they were prepared to do. They then agreed to send a 10% store discount voucher for a future purchase.
I wanted a replacement bike of a reasonable price adjustment.
They will not now respond to me and I didnt even get the discount voucher - not that it would have been of any use!
