Very fast delivery - not so fast with follow-up help

I ordered drawer runners midday Friday - arrived early Tuesday. Well packaged and nothing missing! Called on Tuesday for some techical assistance, and assured Sales would ring back. They didn't. So 10/10 for stock choice and delivery, but let down by follow-up.
