I had a great experience booking the air tickets. As this was my first time making a booking with ebookers, I was a little skeptical about the reliability and quality of service. However, it was great to see that by the time I had completed my booking, it was clear that this is a well run, professional and very reliable service. There was a problem with my credit card payment (which was the fault of my bank) - ebookers staff were very quick to send me an immediate notice, the call center staff was exceptional in guiding me through the process of providing an alternate credit card - and within minutes the booking was confirmed at the same price.
