i was missled not what i wanted

I took out a poilcy on 8/1/13 over the internet my wife was going into hoisptal on the 9/1/13 and i was looking to insure her phone when she is in there.After buy a poilcy i was told it would start right away,but then it said i was not coverd for the first 2weeks.This is missleading and is not on.I if i was to insure a car of a house i am covered right away.How you can misslead everyone like this is a crime i will not be buying anything from your company again and i will betelling all my friends not as well

Hi Thomas,
I am very sorry to hear you feel this way. The reason we include the 14 day exclusion period is to try and limit fraudulent claims, which can unfortunately be the nature of insurance companies. We certainly don't intend to mislead customers and state this clearly in the T&Cs. I am sorry that the insurance policy did not meet your needs in this instance.
