I am not technical by nature as I always had a Tech. Department reporting to me prior to retirement. I recently tried to purchase the wrong equipment for my Bose rig, through Hi-Fi Gear and even made the payment. They analysed my real requirements and telephoned me to ensure that I was on the right track. As they could not supply what I needed, they immediately returned my payment and made recommendations regarding sourcing.
I cannot fault their honesty, customer service and efficiency. Had I not already invested in my existing equipment, I would have undoubtedly have replaced it through Hi-Fi Gear. Honesty and integrity are rare in business these days, so they are to be congratulated and trusted.
