I bought a pair of Dr Martens from Pediwear in September 2011. I noticed in October 2012 that the leather had split on one of the shoes. As I am used to Dr Martens lasting for many years, I contacted Pediwear to find out if there was anything they could do.
Pediwear offered to send the shoes to Dr Marten, for them to decide if it was a manufacturing fault. It took a couple of months to get a response out of Dr Marten - Pediwear were extremely apologetic about the wait. Eventually Dr Marten agreed that it was a manufacturing fault, and Pediwear happily supplied me with a new pair of shoes and refunded my postage.
Particular mention should go to Adele in their customer service department, who was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Pediwear to anyone looking for great customer service, and new shoes!
