Sneaky and untrustworthy, pay attention to the Terms and Conditions!

I sent in my phone which was originally to be sold at £165, an email back to confirm my payment said my phone didn't reply to the terms and conditions and therefore they had deducted 25% from the original price. On reading over the terms and conditions again, i could only agree with it having 15% deducted as the phone had minor scratches (Had only been bought in March 2012 and was in pretty much excellent condition). I phoned up Cash My Fone to see why they had deducted the 25%, to which they replied that they agreed it was indeed 15% deduction for the minor scratches and they hadn't updated it on their system! I would never have gotten this amended had I have not phoned, seeing as they had simply sent out an email saying I was getting deducted this much and did I accept or not, and I can't help but feel they were just trying to get away with charging a lower price and hoping they wouldn't get chased up on it.
Sneaky and untrustworthy, will not be using Cash My Fone again.
