Well what can I say, they lost my delivery even though it was tracked and had additional insurance. Then I was made to jump through hoops to make a claim even though they had all of the information in any case,that is unless they lost that as well.
Then eventually there web site states that they have accepted my evidence but then contradicts the statement claiming they are waiting additional documents!
Have tried e mail to their quality team which are met with an automated printout, no responses have been provided to my questions regarding my claim although they acknowledge that I have one.
There is a great deal more to this but as this may result in me taking legal action this company I had better keep it to myself for the moment.
