I ordered a dress on 23rd December 2012, standard delivery. Payment was taken immediately and I received an email to say I would receive a follow up email with dispatch and tracking details... this never arrived, nor did my dress! By 3rd jan, I was thoroughly hacked off and relayed a message via PayPal that I wanted my money refunded! Almost immediately, an email appeared in my mailbox to say that they had suddenly discovered (seemingly without having to be prompted?) That I had 'mistakenly' been allowed to order a dress that was not available and that they would refund my payment... However, this refund has not yet been paid and I am about to pursue this matter further... I wish I had read reviews on this company before trying to purchase!
