I Regret buying from Value basket

I have placed an order for Xperia TX White, it took them 3 days to take the money and another 2 days to validate my order and when order validated its been 2 days in total 7 days and continuing, i dont see them dispatching my phone, when i am calling them they dont answer their phone, right this moment while i am typing this review the phone is ringing but no one is piking up for past 20 minuts and when some one answers the phone there is some lazy person who is bored and has no energy to talk! and says it will tak another 10 to 15 days to get dispatched!! thats almost a month in total ! i sent them an Email and they dont reply i sent another email to cancle my Order but still getting no reply !!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
