The images of the flowers on the site were deceptive, the bouquet is not as full as expected and that's even with upgrading from the standard bouquet. It would be useful to have some information explaining the difference between the standard and deluxe bouquet offering.
There wasn't any way of removing the card that I had selected by accident on the site, despite being able to edit the other options (such as choice of flower).
Delivery was on time, but the flowers were damaged when opened.
I took advantage of a £100 cashback offer for an iphone 4S contract with vodafone through phones4u back in July (2012). At the time I queried why the cashback was tracked at only £50, but was later told this was the normal process.
A couple of months later, payment was made for only £50. I had to raise a number of claims through the quidco site which was declined, so I then finally managed to contact the admin support to provide a screen shot of the offer taken at the time, as well as my order reference number. There are timescales for a response but none for the problem to be resolved so I was left waiting and waiting for about 3 months not knowing why it had been previously declined or whether it would be corrected.
It's frustrating having to wait for cash back payment anyway, but when it's not processed for the correct amount and with no obvious way of getting it rectified its not good.
I've now finally been paid the remaining amount. No explanation, not apology, no effort to make up for the time spent chasing and trying to resolve the mistake.
I've not used Quidco for any major purchases since as it's not worth the hassle.
