Not as bad as they're made out!

Depending on what you're expecting from them, they're not that bad!

The online tracker was a big help for me, as it's nice to know what's happening with your products. However, it would have been a whole lot better if there was a specific time I knew the parcel would get here, i.e. between 1-2pm or a smaller time frame than all day!

I was starting to get a little worried after reading some of these reviews, but I've never had any problems with Yodel so far - I ordered an iPad Mini 64GB with 4G + Wi-fi, worth £500 at least, off of Carphone Warehouse, so you can imagine my panic when reading some man had his iPhone stolen by one of the drivers! But no, no problems, the item was delivered on the specified day and it works fine.

The driver seemed friendly enough and had a smile and wished me a good day. I'm sure it will be with my new toy!

I live in the Preston area, and I received my parcel just gone 1pm.
