No delivery, no communication.

I ordered one Penfield Bobble Hat on December 30th 2012 and received confirmation saying it would be dispatched by 'express delivery'. I am writing this on 10th January 2013 having still not received my item, I contacted Consortium on 7th Janusry but received NO reply. I have ordered items from other sites since 30th December and they have all arrived no problem, and for less p&p. Very poor.
