I telephoned on Sunday morning at 10am to arrange 5 weeks car hire.After some time deciding on cars times etc.the salesperson had a computer glitch, rather than keep me waiting, promised to make the booking and tel. back by 4.00pm to confirm.
When the call back did not materialiseI I called in on Monday morning to find out the person I had been dealing with was not in. the person on the phone knew I had made enquiries, but had no details, I was then asked to start all over again.
As I did not have the information to hand or time to go over it all again, I got my wife to
make the booking on line.The only reason we had not done that in the first place, was there were a couple of points we were not sure of
