Disappointing

Price was very good but quoted delivery timeframe was long. However, I was prepared to wait. When goods did not arrive within quoted window I had to phone and chase the matter up. Altough the resposne was prompt it was of the "we expect some next week, can you wait" variety.
Goods finally arrived the following week and were in good condition and as advertised.

Prices were reasonable, selection excellent. There was a query with my order which was dealt with by 'phone and it did not delay delivery.
