This company is not good at communication! Had an issue with my payment method, but they didnt tell me (mail or telephone). Consequently, the christmas present I thought would arrive for my best friend, didnt arrive until I called Allposters to find out what had happened. I re-ordered, only to be sent a mail a day later to say the item was now "Out of Stock" and they had refunded my payment!!!! I got the print I originally ordered from another company in the end - was more expensive but it arrived in a week!!
I ordered a frame for a picture I was waiting to arrive from another supplier. I forgot to add a voucher for a discount at the time of ordering, so emailed Frame-it shortly after ordering, to ask if they could still use the voucher code? I received an email back within 10mins of mailing them, in which they confirmed that wouldn't be a problem. The lady from Frame-it (Danielle) also advised they believed the frame I'd ordered wouldn't be sufficient for the size picture I had ordered, so could they amend the frame size at no extra cost?....I agreed and the frame arrived about a week later! Now, this in itself is brilliant customer service but this is heightened when Christmas is round the corner and I never did receive the print to go in the frame in time for Christmas! Quite the opposite - I had to call that supplier who had not processed the order as they had an "issue" with my payment - but had neglected to tell me......
Anyway - WELL DONE FRAME-IT & especially Danielle!! I will be using you again!
