I had tried to buy a guitar for my son's twenty-first birthday on New Year's Eve but all the shops in London were closing early and I could not get what I wanted. I was hesitant about ordering on the web but the instrument arrived in pristine condition and in tune. The guitar in its case had been packed very carefully and thoroughly and so arrived as it should. I particularly appreciated the next day delivery as I was short of time in the New Year busy period. The prompt delivery, the thoughtful packing, the perfect condition of the product made this a very happy birthday for my son and gave me much pleasure.
