Product & Service almost perfect
Phoned order 2nd Jan , arrived day early on 8th intact and complete. Product also very good but instructions need to be FAR better for non-craftspeople.
IN PARTICULAR pack should ALWAYS come with an ODD number of brackets so the first one can go dead centre. Positioning the others and getting the headrail 'spot on' would then be more or less a first-time certainty rather than an inherent amount of likely re-positioning and fiddling when there are an even number of brackets,
Elderly purchasers need to know that flexible and strong fingers (ie unarthritic) are needed e.g.with the headrail clips and the bottom restraining chains, which may, of course, be true of other makes also.
Finally be aware that VAT is added to the quoted £5.99 delivery taking it to a true £6.99.
With those small (but important) things attended to I woulld give Blind-depot a full 10 out of 10 for both product and service.
