Customer service isn't the best.

I had never had any issues normally with the site. It's usually great but this time as I have moved home I used the wrong address accidently. I tried to contact everything5pounds by phone and was on hold for 17 minutes and still nobody answered, had to hang up as I was paying for the call. I have contacted the company by email and unfortunately have not recieved a reply yet, hopefully i hear back soon.
