*Censored* For good reason.

Day 1 : Waited in all day got a text eventually saying my delivery time was between 15:46 and 16:46 never arrived got a text at 6:40 saying that they tried to deliver but were unable, no calling card nothing.
Day 2 : waited in again got a time period of 1:00 till 2:00 again at 1:30 got another text saying tried to deliver but no calling card and no sign of any attempt to deliver
Day 3 : was reassured my delivery would be here no time or any kind of information was given, was only told would be rung when they were delivering it. Eventually delivery came to find one dispatch note , opened package to find only one sim and a pay as you go sim , invoice inside package stated that it should contain a sim and the phone, contacted service provider to be told i have to wait 24 hours to investigate why the phone is missing from the packaging.
