It really has been a disappointing experience to purchase from beautybay.com. While the product offer is great and the prices are competitive, my order (from 1 December 2012) has never arrived. And even that would be forgivable (sometimes a package can go missing, I guess) but my various attempts to contact them through their website or facebook were all just ignored (no replies or useless auto-replies basically saying that post office is to blame or that they are to busy to reply). Very frustrating. Worst customer service, like, ever...
Update: I am up-dating and up-grading my review as my package has finally arrived on 11 January. While I am happy about it I still think that a lot of hassle could have been avoided if the communication betwen BB and the clients was better. I do not mind waiting for my package but I also do not like to chase the company for any info. Anyway, all well that ends well, I guess.
