I'm really grateful to Age Partnership for the advice and help they provided during my recent annuity purchase. I had looked them up on their website, and felt it was a bit pushy to get a phone contact almost immediately. However, when I said I wanted to leave deciding for a while they were very polite and agreed to contact me later. A follow up call arrived about 3 months later, and this time I was ready to make a decision. The advice I received was comprehensive, giving both sides of every issue - I was offered costings for a whole range of different options, and emailed the details so I could decide myself, Here was no pressure, and I felt that I could trust what I had been told. When I made my choice, all the hassle , such as contacting my pension fund provider and sorting out the details, were taken care of for me, and I was kept informed at every stage of the process.
