What a disaster!

Boots were ok but not how I'd imagined. They cost £140.00. Tried to send them back, tracked by Royal Mail costing me over £16.00. Couldn't have been more disastrous. Whole lot went missing. Loads of emails while I was without boots and money. Finally sorted but will never order anything again that can't be taken back to the local store. Be warned!!
