I was trying to send back an Amazon package, which Amazon arranged through Yodel. First, it's hard to arrange, because they take ages to answer their phone. Then, when the driver did arrive, he didn't knock at the door and just shoved a card in saying I was out. And when I went out after hearing his van turn round in my drive he ignored me and drove off.
Customer service couldn't have cared less (when you finally manage to talk to a human and not a machine) and I had to go through the rigmarole of arranging a new collection as they can't trace you from the card number that was left because that's not how there system is set up...
In short, avoid at all costs - unless, like me, you have no choice.
