I was well impressed when the chair I ordered arrived next day, the emails had kept me up to date with its progress and the information was accurate. But one of the plastic parts was broken, so I contacted customer services by email. A replacement part was posted out on the 19th Dec, just being before Christmas, I expected a delay. I contacted Atlantic shopping customer services again 3rd Jan and another replacement part has been posted, but as of yet, it still has not arrived today 10th Jan. Being sent by post, it is not trackable.
