The experience was a rapid transfer - I was however the only customer at the time. I was a bit perturbed by the person behind the desk simply stating "No chargeable damage to the car - sign here" and finding two dodgy marks on the car prior to departure which she quite happily added to her damage sheet. Also I asked for the maximum cover on the car at the time I booked it and was STILL expected to take more cover "as 3rd Party Cover is not sufficient" AND my documents from the "3rd Party" CLEARLY state that "you should ignore further demands for cover" - this is an industry-wide pain in the ass and should be resolved. The car new,clean on the interior and low-mileage Drop-off was in an UNGUARDED yard via key-safe.
