expensive delivery that then never turned up on time - half an hour late

good products, expensive delivery as we required next day @ £49.99, delivery was supposed to come between 3-6 in the afternoon ,ended up with me chasing at 6.15 as no one had bothered to contact me to say it would be late, driver said reason he was late was because he has so many fitments to do- sorry, but not my problem! Someone could have let me know - customer service not interested- said its estimated but not guaranteed, so whats the point in giving a time then! and paying £49.99!!!!! Driver just made his excuses, as customer services, non one prepared to say sorry, thanks for your customer we'll refund the delivery - was going to use again on a large order, but doubtful now , disappointed
