Easy to order and delivered quickly. The product was just what I expected. What was a bit annoying was that my discount code wasn't valid against anything I'd ordered - I don't consider bags of callets to be a 'wholesale' product and there was no indication that they were excluded from discount. So a good company to deal with, but don't expect any discount code to work!

Our entire Callebaut range is offered at wholesale prices deliberately to offer both the occasional home user and professional the very best price each and every time.

We're unable to offer further discounts on bulk items or those items already on offer.

We do state next to individual products, within your 'basket' page, whether a promotional code has been accepted against that item or not.
