The item I ordered and paid for has never been delivered over 12 months later!! Customer service was rubbish as the contact number rang out before eventually terminating everytime I rang it. Approximately 30 times I tried! Automated emails were returned whenever I emailed about my order, again I got nowhere. Eventually I contacted my bank, believing Gameseek to be a fraudulent company and am yet to receive a refund due to Gameseek questioning my request.
As you can imagine, I am very very dissatisfied with the service I received. The item was a Christmas present (2011) for a child. I have never received the item, a refund, an acknowledgment or an apology in over 12 months and would recommend that nobody touch this company!!
A very bad and disappointing experience. Will be surprised if this review gets posted on the website!!
