Keen to Receive Not to Give

Hi

Within the first day of me signing my phone up to send to you I receive emails stating that I hadn't sent my phone off to you. even though I had requested a trade In pack and hadnt yet received it.

Once you had received the phone internally you were very good and fast. however you hadn't recorded properly how I wanted to receive money therefore I had to keep emailing to keep track of what was going on and where and when and how I was getting my money. seems like your keen to receive but not quick to send as I am still awaiting the cheque in the post.

I know posting can't be predicted but payment has took longer than I expected when receiving the trade in pack and receiving money owed.


However, money offered was highest I had since (hence why I sent it to you) and the website was easy to use and understand
