I have ordered a garden fairy and asked for shipping costs. After 3 reminders I finally received an answer. Quotation Number: 125766. Made payment via Paypal on January 8th - Transaction ID: 2AX24500TF190331Y as per quotation I received. Today I received an email: I am sorry but I have made an error with the value for the additional delivery charge which I quoted as being £ 35.00 for this order ,It should have been £ 70.00 So I have been asked for the payment that you made to be refunded and the order would then be cancelled , If you did wish to re-order we would have to re-quote you for the extra delivery cost , I do apologise for this mistake and any inconvenience . And a copy of Paypal refund.
All together it took 15 days !! And I do not have my fairy.
