Impossible to reach with a deceiptful web site

I have switched away from Quidco. The website does not function when you try to contact them via e-mail and simply sends you round and round in circles. They still owe me money and fob you off with platitudinous reassurances. I'm now fobbing them off as I'm not going to be using them again! Bye! I've been recommended [link], so will give them a try.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble contacting us. For future reference, you can always select "my question is not covered above" to open a blank ticket, if you cannot find the answer to your question.
