I was waiting 15 days for the collecting, and Finally, 1 month ago my parcel arrived broken and OPEN !!!!! and they didn't pay back me my insurance parcel yet.

If you want a lot of problem and You don't care you parcel, contract them !
Sure that you will be funny with them!!! hahaha...

PLEASE !!! Don't pay for this "service" !!!
