I ordered flowers and wine for my aunt & uncles Christmas present and paid for a specific delivery day. The flowers arrived a day late, and I received no email update as stated in the terms and conditions. There was no bottle of wine delivered.
I contacted the company several times, and used the online chat which was a waste of 20 minutes of my time. The chat person said she was talking to multiple customers and after 20 minutes said she would pass my concern to the concerns dept. I emailed about 6 times and got my first response after 16 days, refunding the bottle of wine in which they didn't even offer to re-deliver. I had to fight for a refund on the delivery charge as only part of the order was delivered and still a day late and unfortunately by then it was too late for me to get a replacement present for Christmas. Poor communication and customer service, a real let-down, wasting so much of my time to resolve.
