Three attempts @delivery , thats what their tracking system states. The first time they could not get here as a road was closed - untrue, second time parcel was delivered and i signed for it - untrue, after advising customer service and littlewoods that i had not signed for anything and i have cctv, the parcel reappeared for delivery the next day. Low and behold, 7.30pm lastnight they claimed they had tried to deliver but the road was closed again- untrue. There are no road closures in my county that would prevent a delivery , i have checked. Also i have had a different parcel delivered by yodel on a said day that there was a road closure. i am totally dumbfounded that no one checks these drivers so called deliveries, and or their claimed road closures, it took me 2mins to see there was none. Apparently it will be out for delivery today, i doubt that very much
