Quick service / useless instructions.

I cannot fault the speed of processing the order, and the blinds are suitable for their purpose. However the fitting instructions were simply hopeless. More than one term used for the same component, photographs so minute as to make them redundant, and absolutely no explanation on how to thread the pull cord; a tricky and vital detail. I am practical; I would not recommend these to those who are not.
